NYPD rookie cop probed in OnlyFans scandal

Call them NYPD Nudes.

A rookie cop is in hot water after her after-hours antics as an OnlyFans model were exposed by the department’s Internal Affairs Bureau.

According to the New York Post, Officer Dannah Battino bared every inch of her slinky, naked body in what sources call “pornographic images” she posted on her OnlyFans account.

Sources told the newspaper that the leggy Latina could be canned for indecent exposure. Currently stationed at the 110th Precinct in Queens, she joined the department in April 2025.

Before her career in blue, Battino was a FDNY emergency medical technician. She’s on standard two-year probation for new police officers.

Pay for a starting cop in the Big Apple is notoriously chintzy, about $60,884, so she continued her OnlyFans gig as a side hustle. The Post reports that Battino, 28, appears in dozens of full-on raunchy nude snapshots. In one series, the young cop engages in a same-sex romp with another woman.

Outraged fellow officers

One NYPD source told the tabloid: “She should be immediately terminated from this job. There’s no place in this department for that. We are paramilitary, and we have to have some kind of standard to be a police officer.”

Another added: “She needs to get out of the department. She shouldn’t be on the job.”

Battino — covered stem to stern in tattoos with a belly ring — took down her page when the scandal exploded. She went by gainswbattino/thatcoupleaftermidnight. But the page pre-existed before her tenure with the NYPD.

Failure to disclose income

Most concerning for NYPD brass is the fact that Battino failed to disclose all of her income. It is unclear how much money she made from her OnlyFans endeavour.

“Failure to disclose all ways that you made money could be sufficient reason to terminate,” a source told The Post. “I would be shocked if she made zero money.”

Other police sources said they were mystified how human resources staff could have missed Battino’s hormone-charged hijinks.

“If we can find it, why didn’t the investigators find it?” the first police source asked. “She shouldn’t have gotten through. She should have been disqualified just for that.”

In addition to the OnlyFans site, she is a probationary cop so the raven-haired beauty could be punted for conduct unbecoming of an officer.

Police union defends her

However, despite the uproar, her union, Police Benevolent Association (PBA), is defending Battino.

“If she did not do anything illegal or anything that impacts her ability to perform her duties, then it’s nobody’s business but her own,” PBA president Patrick Hendry said. “It’s shameful that her personal information is being dumped out into public view.”

Battino’s behaviour is now “under internal review,” an NYPD spokesperson said.

There was a similar incident that involved a rookie cop in Detroit in 2022. Janelle Zielinski came under fire when her sexxx-rated OnlyFans page was discovered. Zielinski resigned one day later as the Detroit Police Department (DPD) planned to suspend her.

“One of our officers, through her Instagram account had a paywall set up and was posting pornographic videos on the other side of the paywall,” said Chris Graveline, the director of the DPD’s Professional Standards section.

Chief James White learned about the porn page, launched an investigation, and suspended Janelle Zielinski, only to find out she resigned a day earlier.

Zielinski graduated from the police academy and started her career with DPD in March 2022. By September, she was gone.
