After being missing for more than two years, Toronto Police say recent information obtained has prompted them to investigate the disappearance of Taron Stepanayan as a homicide. He was last seen leaving his apartment on the evening of December 23, 2023. His family hasn't heard from him since, and he was reported missing. Lexy Benedict speaks with the lawyer representing the victim's family in Armenia as the family continues to search for answers.
