A Calgary man has been charged with three counts related to indecency in connection with an incident that occurred last month.
Michael Anthony Grodde, 64, has been charged with one count of an indecent act in a public place and two counts of indecent exposure to a person under the age of 16 years, according to a police news release shared on Wednesday.
The update follows a release shared on Tuesday wherein police reported that a man who exposed himself to a mother and her two children in the community of Erlton on Dec. 4 of last year has been identified and arrested.

The incident occurred at about 3:40 p.m. that day, according to a release shared on Dec. 30.
The family was stopped at the intersection of westbound 25th Avenue S.E. and Macleod Trail S., next to Calgary Transit bus number 17. One of the children noticed the man sitting by the window on the bus. The man exposed himself and then committed an indecent act. The child told their mother, who told her kids to look away and recorded the man. She called the police after reaching her destination.
The man was described to be between 60 and 70 years old with white hair and a moustache. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a camo-coloured baseball cap, a dark puffy winter jacket, black pants and black shoes.
A Calgary Herald news report in 2016 noted that Grodde has a “significant” history of sexual assault with a weapon, sexual assault, indecent exposure and making indecent phone calls.
