Former Winnipeg police officer pleads guilty to drug trafficking

Elston Bostock, a former Winnipeg Police Service constable with more than 20 years experience, pleaded guilty to a number of charges in November, including having traffic tickets voided, stealing cannabis from a police scene, sharing confidential police information and more.
