U.S. President Donald Trump and negotiators will spend much of the Christmas break trying to salvage the ceasefire in Gaza. While Israeli hostages and Palestinian detainees have been freed, the war has not stopped completely and there are fears it could re-ignite as neither side appears prepared to follow through on their commitments.
