Montreal to provide more temporary relief for homeless people, appeals to public for help

The City of Montreal is looking for more spaces to accommodate the city’s most vulnerable this winter as it tries to keep people out of encampments – which can become dangerous. It will set up two heated trailers near the Notre-Dame encampment for added temporary relief and is hoping members of the public can help by offering up vacant spaces.
