The family of 15-year-old Nooran Rezayi is suing Longueuil, Que., police and seeking $2.2 million in damages from the force and the City of Longueuil. Quebec’s police watchdog is investigating the shooting. In addition to the lawsuit, the family has released videos they say show the circumstances around the shooting.
