70-year-old man missing in Laval

Laval, Que., police is asking the public for help in locating Robert M. K. Montlouis, 70, after he went missing early Saturday morning.

The Service de Police de Laval says he left his residence in the Saint-François district to go biking between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. He hasn't returned since.

He might be in Laval or Montreal and may be riding a grey bike with a front basket.

Montlouis, who speaks French and Creole, has cognitive impairments and could be disoriented, according to police.

Montlouis is a Black man, standing five feet nine inches and weighing 155 pounds. He's bald and has black eyes and could be wearing a red long-sleeve shirt, grey shorts, a red tuque, and white Adidas sneakers.

Laval police says anyone with information should call its info-line or 911 and mention the following case file number: LVL-240623 005.
