B.C.’s South Coast is in for another soaking this weekend as an atmospheric river is expected to bring up to 125 millimetres of rain.
Environment and Climate Change Canada posted a rainfall warning Saturday for parts of Metro Vancouver, including Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, New Westminster, the Tri-Cities and Maple Ridge, and the North Shore and Howe Sound.
The federal weather agency says between 75 and 125 mm of rain is forecast between Saturday and Monday, with the brunt of it arriving Sunday.

Heavy rain should ease by Monday night.
The agency warns that water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas, and that some travel delays are possible.
Landslides may occur in vulnerable areas such as steep slopes, deforested areas or recent burn scars, the warning added.
