Pride Parade 2024: Toronto hosts Canada's largest pride event

The streets of downtown Toronto transformed into a vibrant sea of rainbows as revellers descended upon the city for its 43rd annual Pride parade. Thousands of people flooded the streets along the parade route through the downtown core, smiling broadly as they waved rainbow flags, pompoms and umbrellas. Mayor Olivia Chow summed up the essence of Pride, saying, "Pride is about joy, it's about celebration, it's about love."
